These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Salamanca Software Solutions website, services, software, support systems, AI solutions, and related offerings.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Salamanca Software Solutions provides:

  • Software reseller services

  • AI-powered automation services

  • SaaS customer support services

  • Custom databases and integrations

  • Technical consulting and support

Some products may include third-party software governed by separate license agreements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use services unlawfully

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Reverse engineer Salamanca proprietary tools

  • Abuse, disrupt, or overload services

  • Use services for spam, fraud, or malicious activity

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services require payment.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Custom projects may require separate written agreements.

5. Third-Party Software

Some services involve third-party platforms, including:

  • Active Takeoff

  • WhatsApp integrations

  • CRM systems

  • Hosting providers

Salamanca is not responsible for outages, licensing limitations, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All Salamanca-created content, including:

  • AI workflows

  • Databases

  • Templates

  • Documentation

  • Branding

  • Website content

  • Custom integrations

remain the property of Salamanca Software Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. AI Services Disclaimer

AI-generated responses and automations may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs where necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salamanca shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Data loss

  • Third-party platform failures

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid directly to Salamanca during the previous twelve (12) months.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payments are overdue

  • Services are used unlawfully

Users may discontinue services at any time unless bound by a separate agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of El Salvador.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
